Information stored
The portal stores your signed-in account identifier and email, optional studio profile and preferences, case prescriptions, uploaded files, design versions, messages and approval history. These records support case intake, design collaboration and file delivery.
Use anonymous case references
Use a pseudonymous case code and remove unnecessary patient identifiers from scans, file names, images and prescriptions. Upload only information you are authorized to share with the studio for the design service. Discuss your organization’s data-handling requirements before submitting identifiable patient records.
Access and storage
Case access requires authentication. Your account and the studio can view your case; design files stay private until the studio shares them within the case. Final deliverables are released after approval of the current version.
Case records are stored in the hosted application’s database and files in private object storage. Signing in uses ChatGPT. The studio does not receive your account password.
Retention and deletion
Archived cases retain their records and files. You can delete your own unsubmitted drafts. Contact the studio to request deletion of submitted records or to discuss retention requirements. Once a case is deleted, it is removed from the portal and its files are queued for storage deletion; storage cleanup can be retried if interrupted.
Service communication
Case discussion is stored in the workspace. Check the portal for replies and status updates. Email links open your email application; automatic case email notifications are not enabled.
Design responsibility
The service supplies digital CAD design files. The treating professional and laboratory remain responsible for clinical decisions, manufacturing constraints and final acceptance before production or use.
Questions or correction requests
